Yes! The Web is a constantly evolving and changing medium, and Kairos is only published twice a year. As a result large changes need to be made each volume (i.e. year) in order to keep up with the latest technologies and with criticizms and compliments from readers. These overhauls represent evolutionary changes in the nature of the Web itself. Our early pages where fairly simple HTML. Volume 1 was based around frames. Volume 2 reduced the number of frames and introduced a JavaScripted remote control. Future versions of Kairos will include Cascading Style Sheets and Dynamic HTML.
