Will the address program that normalizes the addresses and corrects zip codes, etc. also be able to identify mail drop businesses that look like an apartment address?

The software will not be able to differentiate a mail drop business from a regular valid address. The system may or may not be able to validate any given address. The worker will have the option to override the address validation software to store addresses in the system as entered.
