This is because what you are using is a trial version. The full version will enable the item “All Chapters”. If you ordered a full version, you may uninstall the trial version and install the full version you received. The option “All Chapters” will be enabled. And as to the item “Split”, only when “All Chapters” selected will it be enabled.
