Why should Bucknell change?
Bucknell must adjust to changing circumstances. Today, Bucknell has a growing responsibility to the area as a major landholder and economic anchor. More students, a greater national presence, and increased concern for environmental stewardship create a clear opportunity for Bucknell to assume a more proactive leadership role. The new Master Plan will strengthen the University’s connection to the region while ensuring that Bucknell remains one of the most attractive and effective living and learning environments anywhere.
