Why is the Green Power light on and red Error light on after installing an ink cartridge?
One of your ink cartridges is installed incorrectly. Remove and reinstall the cartridge. Return to the index Q: All lights are off. Why won’t the printer initialize? Remove the interface cable from the back of the printer, unplug the power cord, plug it back into the outlet, and try turning the power on again.
