Often this problem occurs when a Blackberry doesn’t have Style Sheets supported. To check and see if your blackberry has Style Sheets turned on, please follow these steps: 1. Enter your Blackberry’s web browser 2. Press the Menu button 3. Scroll down and select “Options” 4. Click on Browser Configuration 5. Make sure that Support Style Sheets is checked. If not, check it and save.
