Why is skipping so good?
Many of you probably think that skipping is a little school children’s exercise that is not very challenging and not very productive. However, you couldn’t be further from the truth. There are a few reasons skipping is one of the best cardio exercises out there but the main one is that it works all of the muscles in your body in one very effective exercise. Think about it. You can stand in one spot with one piece of equipment and get a really tough cardio workout then pushes and burns your legs, calves, shoulders, forearms and your lungs. Why not!
