Why is pre-paid admission non-transferable/non-refundable?
OPC events are exactly that, an event. Just like a concert, festival, movie, or any other social event. The event will go on despite rain, sleet, snow, or other inclement weather provided that the weather is not life threatening i.e. hurricane, tornado, lightning. You never know a little rain could make it even more fun, we had over 800 people show up in the pouring rain for an event that more than sold out, and it was a blast!
