Why is my phone not receiving any incoming call, not allowing outgoing call, or not allowing a certain number to be called?
Your phone has a “Phone Barring” and “Fixed Dialing” feature, which allows you to block incoming calls and outgoing calls, and to limit you on certain number to call. Go to Menu > Settings > Security > Phone Barring or Fixed Dialing to make changes. Fixed Dialing requires a PIN2 password. The default password is “2222”.
