Why have the Jews been persecuted throughout history?
Yes, we’ve always been persecuted because we’ve always been different from other people. Our “homelessness” is not a choice for most, as many have lives elsewhere already established. If there is a “conspiracy,” it has been going on for thousands of years. Unfortunately, there are still many strong anti-semites in the world.
Lets think about this for a second… among siblings one is going to be the favorite with mom and dad. Even if they aren’t, the other is going to feel that way for some reason or another. When those feelings start to grow it promotes hate and sibling rivalry. Now picture what would happen if this sibling rivalry was over not only the love of a parent, but over the love of your religion, and written into that religion. Jews wrote the Bible, they made themslves out to be God’s chosen people. Now their decendants are paying the price for setting themselves above all the other fanatics.
why have Jews been persecuted throughout history? Because ppl are stupid and when things are not going well, the stupid ppl find a minority, like Jews for example, to blame for the problems with society. Basicallly if you look at the history of why the Holocaust happend, and how it was related to hitlers ideology and the political, social, and economic conditions in Germany at that time, you will see that the Jews (as well as other minorities such as physically and mentally disabled ppl, gays, gypsies, mormons, jahovas witnesses, and others who were deemed unworthy to live) were used as scapegoats. This behavior is ofcourse ridiculous and completly unacceptable and makes me wonder how ppl can be so evil to oneanother. Actually, a shamefull part of history is that Northamerican countries only let a very limited number of Jewish refugees immigrate to Canada and the United States and almost the entire world quickly closed thier borders, leaving 6 million Jews to parish in the Holocaust.
