Why hasn’t Raptr added any of my Steam information?
In order for Raptr to scan your Steam account and add the information to your profile, there are several prerequisites. • You must be a Steam member 🙂 • Your Steam Community profile must have a Custom URL set (you can do this by clicking ‘Edit my profile’ once you’re logged into steamcommunity.com) • Your Steam Community profile must be set to ‘public’ (the default is private) • You have to correctly enter your Steam URL name into the Identities page of your Account Settings. (This nickname is whatever you entered in the ‘Custom URL’ field of your profile on steamcommunity.com) To check if you’ve entered the correct Steam ID, go to your Raptr profile page, and find the ‘about’ module on the right side of your profile page. Scroll down to your steam ID and click on it. This should open up a web browser window to your steam community profile page. If it links to the incorrect page, go back through the steps above to ensure you’ve set a custom URL on steamcommunity.
