There are several reasons why a proposal may not qualify for assistance through CAEATFA. The most common reasons why projects dont qualify are: 1) They do not meet CAEATFAs objectives of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and adding jobs to California and/or 2) They do not qualify for one of the incentive programs currently authorized by the board.
