Your skin will usually look wrinkly after being in water a long time. It has to due with the absoption of water through the cellular membrane. With the increase of water in the capillary bed, the sodium/potassium ratio is disrupted. Therefore, your body draws teh water in to your core, thus making your skin look wrinkled. After being in water for so long, it is dehydrated.
