Why does Pandora time-out after 3 hours?
After several hours of inactivity (meaning no recent clicks within the Pandora Tuner), Pandora will time-out and ask if you are still listening. At this point, you need only click the “OK” button to resume listening. This occurs for several reasons: * To reduce unnecessary bandwidth load. We pride ourselves on delivering the best interruption-free music experience possible, and we want to utilize our available bandwidth where it is most needed. * To promote an interactive listening and music discovery experience.
