Each T.A.G. learning solution allows attendees to go through each of the six phases of the new Bloom taxonomy. • Remembering (lowest) – attendees will need to remember and recognize terms, facts and other relevant information. • Understanding – attendees will construct meaning from oral, written, and graphic messages through interpreting and explaining. • Applying – attendees will learn to apply information to new situations in order to solve programs. • Analyzing – attendees will analyze information by breaking material into constituent parts and determining how the parts relate to one another and to an overall purpose. • Evaluating – attendees will evaluate situations and determine the best course of action in order for them to forge their growth. • Creating (highest) – attendees will create a plan of action (POA) in order to implement their growth into their organization.
