It is one means of the introduction into this problem. At the same time, we variously exert our ingenuity so that those people may have communications with high density mutually. As a result, we want to expand the circle of sympathy with the global warming issue, and to rouse various world opinions concerning promotion of global warming measures. And, we give the incentive to be positively related to global warming measures more than before to various actors who move a international political and economic system such as each country governments and the enterprises.
