• This can happen if your date and time are not properly set (double check both). • This can also happen if your time zone is incorrectly set. • This can also happen if the date format for your operating system has changed. The short date format reported by your OS needs to be in M/d/yyyy format for DialIdol to work properly and the time needs to be in the format h:mm:ss tt. You set this in Control Panel/Regional and Language Options.
