There is a problem with your file associations; the other program (usually graphics conversion software) is seeing the .prc file and attempting to open it. To change the file association, right-click on the “TC-DataViewer.prc” file and select “Open With”, then select “Choose Program…” Scroll to the “Install Tool Application” in the program list and select it, then check the “Always use this program to open these files” box, and finally click “OK.
