Why do we split the losses with the trader and give the trader a 95% payout on the gains during the Jr. Trader Program?

Because the far majority of firms do not back traders’ losses; if we were to do the same thing we would have nothing to differentiate ourselves. We are not sales people, we are traders and in order to get traders we would have to concentrate our efforts on building a sales team. Instead if we offer to split the losses 50 / 50, along with providing training free of charge people feel comfortable with what we have to offer as we have the utmost financial interest in our traders’ success (We make money when traders make money, we also lose money when traders lose money); in doing so it becomes much easier to get traders. Therefore we do not have to spend time soliciting business and can focus on what we do best, trading.
