Why do the students have a choice between low-fat regular milk and non-fat chocolate?

Please see the above link for flavored milk FAQs. I have verified that all of the districts serviced by Hollandia are offering chocolate milk to their students. A common misconception is that if chocolate milk is not offered, students will select the plain milk. What other districts nationwide have found is that if chocolate milk is not offered, students refrain from selecting milk as a choice, and therefore not getting the calcium their growing bodies need.
