Why do the low resolution video thumbnails have “Click here to add title” and “Click here to add subtitle” written across them?

The low resolution video thumbnails are low resolution screen captures of the front (opening) slide of a blank presentation. A video loop from a corresponding Video Background Collection has been inserted into the blank presentation in order to illustrate how the slide will look when run in your actual presentation. Therefore no title or subtitle heading has been added to the blank presentation, and so “Click here to add title” and “Click here to add subtitle” is displayed by PowerPoint as a reminder to add a title and subtitle for the presentation.
