WHY DO SOME YANKEE CANDLE JARS LOOK DIFFERENT?
You’ll notice that not all Yankee Candle jars have a uniform look. Some have stripes, some don’t. Some have labels and others don’t. Why is this? Well, the good news is, even if the jar looks a little different, the scent inside should still smell the same. Yankee Candle, in addition to its regular stores, has clearance outlets. If an order of jars comes and the lable or markings on the jar looks different than it is suppossed to, Yankee will purchase them for a discount to sell in its outlet stores. Some fragrances will go into these jars so that someone cannot purchase a jar at an outlet for a discount and then return it to Yankee for full price.
