There are obviously expenses incurred by Agencies when providing viewing trips e.g. Petrol, their representatives time and travelling expenses etc. We at Q4 only charge for viewing trips should a reservation fee not be placed in advance. However if a client wants to pay the minimum reservation deposit of £1,000 we will waver all costs associated with the viewing trip. This is our commitment to our clients.
