Why do I get the message “An error occurred while connecting to the Internet. Check your Internet connection and try again” when Trend Micro Internet Security tries to update?
This error can occur if you have Lavasoft Adaware installed on your computer. To resolve this issue and allow Internet Security to update correctly, uninstall Lavasoft Adaware.
