Why did I receive the message “The synonym is a duplicate synonym. Please remove duplicate occurrence before saving.”?
The synonym you are entering already exists in this synonym list. Check to be sure that you are not entering the same periodical synonym twice. (This error message occurs most often when there is a duplicate standard or user abbreviation.) • I selected a term from the Synonyms list and deleted it using the backspace key.
