To obtain a username and password for the Check Point website, you will need to fill out the form found at www.checkpoint.com/techsupport/access_request.html. Note that federal encryption laws restrict the e-mail addresses we can issue username and passwords to. Please make sure that the e-mail address you list when filling out the above form is both person and company specific. Also, the company name in the e-mail address must match the company name listed for the certificate key in the User Center. If you have any questions or concerns on this restriction, visit SecureTrak located on the Services page in your User Center Account to open a service request.
