Why did Ener-G change the word “Bread” to “Loaf”?

Ener-G Foods, Inc. has been told by both the US FDA and the Canadian CFIA not to use the word bread on the label unless they contain wheat flour. This is why we use the word “Loaf” for the USA and Canada. In Europe, government authorities have told us to use the word “Bread” and not to use the word “Loaf”.
