Teachers organize books by nine levels of difficulty that correspond to the broad stages of reading development. Grade 3 and Up: The books for students grades 3 and up are leveled according to the conceptual development of the reader. Across time, students revise their concepts as a result of new learning and new experiences. Inservice cost: $2500.0
