Why can more than one student open an outline template at a time?
When a second student tries to access an outline template that is open and has not been saved they will receive an error message that reads “The document is currently locked by student ‘student name’. Please try again later.” The student that has it open will need to save it so it becomes their own work (.djs document) before the next student can open the same template. This is a feature that will be changed in a future update due to customer request.
