Why are units unable to use the Electronic Routing system for promotions and other career reviews?
There are documents in promotion cases, i.e. departmental ad hoc reports or external letters of recommendation, which need to be redacted so that access to them can be given to the candidate. The system does not yet have the capability of storing two versions of these documents nor the logic to ensure that the candidate only gets access to the redacted versions.
