Why are planning permissions and building regulations so important?
In almost all cases, extensions and even outbuildings need these permissions from the Local Authority without them the Local Authority could insist upon their removal. More often than not everything is found to be satisfactory but from a buyers point of view it is most important that we make sure these are in place. Lenders also require that they exist and are satisfactory.
