The EBSC are liable to audit by the European Union and consequently is legally obliged to keep archives subject to a certain set of rules, among which is to keep all documents accessible in the working language of the EBSC, namely English. Therefore, the EBSC impose to have all documents officially translated into English by sworn translators.
