There are two stages in receiving Cashback Points . A ‘PENDING’ cashback indicates that the shop has tracked your order and will be subject to checks (cancelled sales, returns). A ‘VALIDATED’ cashback is a confirmation that the shop has confirmed your order or lead and your account has been rewarded with cashback. Your cashback points are usually validated within 7 days, however this process can take longer (up to 30 days) depending upon the shop and order.
