WHY A 2 PIECE SYSTEM?

Allows for precision adjustment: personally, I slide the hand pad up and to the side to get that perfect fit. 2.) We can take the strap off completely: for wrist curls and other forearm work, this is a big help. Otherwise, the straps may restrict the range of motion.
