Whos in charge of Sonus Rex ?
That’s my own little Brooklyn-registered label on which I just released Macroscope another solo CD – four years after the 29 Pieces For The Microtonal Guitar. And I still have the recording from the ’02 France tour and Paris concert that preceded it in the can. Other than that, I am looking at some possible European concerts in 2007 and as usual, playing regularly in NYC and on the US East Coast and teaching privately in my Brooklyn Studio.Which I enjoy a lot, both sharing and being informed and inspired. I’ve taught for about 20 years now and many of my former students are out there playing great music and some are teachers themselves, so in many ways I’m now at a point where I actually can start to see some results of many years of hard work manifested for real.
