Who will supervise the job?
Many large contractors do not even allow the designer to see the job during its progress. Others turn the job over to a “production supervisor” after the job has been sold. What happens when a problem or change arises? Where is the designer that sold you the job? On the other hand, some very small contractors have the designer work on the job the whole time it is in progress. How can someone design creatively while pushing a wheelbarrow of dirt? At FINE EARTH, one experienced designer will help you through the whole project. They will be there at the important times through the job, and help you make the right decisions.
