Port Metro Vancouver and TSI Terminal Systems Inc. (TSI), will pay for the Deltaport Third Berth Project. BC Rail Company (BCRC) will pay for rail works pertaining to the project. The Port will pay for improvements to Highway 17 pertaining to the project.
