Who Was Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto?
Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, the man with a vision far ahead of his time was a Pakistani national born on January the 5th 1928. Born in the province of Sindh, to parents who were landlords. Born with a golden spoon, Bhutto could have taken the easy way in life by just feeding on his father’s wealth as most us do. However Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was different. After finishing his high school education from Mumbai, he went to United States to pursue his further studies. Gifted with a brain that most of us would wish, Bhutto first got enrolled in University of South California at the time of partition and then later got transferred to its Berkley Campus. USC Berkley needs no introduction and neither a need to Bhutto’s genius. He earned him self an honors degree in Political Science and was the first Asian student to have been a student council member.
