Who votes at Conference?
Each club has a specified number of delegates they may sent to the Conference; the number of delegates is based on the club membership as of January 31st as maintained by the District Three Treasurer. Only these delegates may vote if they have registered and are properly certified. These delegates plus the District Three Board of Directors and past Governors are allowed to vote on matters that come before the Assembly. They may also vote for the new Board of Directors to guide the District in each odd-numbered year. Each year, the District Three Foundation will have an election to elect Trustees to the Foundation Board. All Altrusans who are registered for the Conference have one vote for the Foundation Board.
