Who pays for the treatments and how and when?
The employer can pay, buy vouchers, or the employees can pay. All payments are paid on-line through the web-site. We use Pay-pal which is a fully insured and secure payment system and keeps your payment details confidential. A VAT receipt will be e-mailed to you on receipt of payment. We do not allow the therapists to handle payments as they are on a busy schedule. If companies want to pay by using a company cheque this can be arranged, however we must have 5 working days to clear the cheque.
