WHO ON EARTH IS BAXTER?!?
That’s the first thing everyone asks at a Chasing Baxter show. Well, heres the story. Jeremiah relocated from London, England to Connecticut in 2005 and shortly started a band. As with many new bands, drama and line-up changes were inevitable. After several iterations of members, the band finally began to settle down when Allie came on board in 2007. Allie and Jeremiah briefly transitioned to Chasing Baxter Acoustic, exploring different songs & venues throughout early 2008. Despite the fun new experience, they missed the edge of a full band. Rob’s enlistment on drums in summer 2008 and former bassist Adam’s return January 2009 proved to be the final elements needed to complete the Baxter sound and attitude. Chasing Baxter picked up hot & heavy again in no time and has only been gathering more speed and fans since! What kind of music do we bring to the scene?
