Who needs to sign the one-page Signature Page form?
Each of the following people must sign the first page of the Signature Page form: 1) The Applicant – in the signature box marked “Signature of Applicant”. 2) The Authorized Signing Official – The official from your organization who is designated to approve outgoing grant applications should sign your proposal. In colleges and universities, the Authorized Signing Official may be the individual responsible for sponsored programs (generally from the grants office, office of research, or office of sponsored programs). In other organizations, it may be the executive director or director of development.
