The activities of BAPS Charities are run independent of its parent organization, BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha, and are managed by a diverse Board of Directors, who meet regularly and serve without reward, and whose personal opinions and interests are in line with the vision, mission, commitments and convictions of the organization.
