Who is yuna?
In AD 2299 Kagurazaka Yuna is a sixteen year-old high school student from Earth. In the spring of that year, she wins a publicized beauty/talent contest and becomes a celebrity. Her life as a teenage idol is complicated by the fact that the contest is in fact a front; its true agenda is to identify the new Savior of Light for this era. At this point in time, although she is likeable and charismatic, she is still rather confused about her role. In many ways she is a typical, perhaps rather dense, high schooler whose main concern is her image and social life despite her material success. Her main companion is Yerna, a tiny faerie-like robot. Yerna is a servant of Light who’s purpose is to ensure that Yuna lives up to her role. She plays a foil to Yuna’s refusal to completely accept her situation. By AD 2300 Yuna’s personality has changed quite significantly. She can still be flippant or frivolous at times but most of her actions are now colored by a greater level of maturity. She takes h
