Who is Wise Man Vin?
Vin Lucentai, webmaster of The Ocean of Ephemos. He holds the board record for contributing the most by saying the least; his posts are so few and far between as to be near-legendary, yet he always seems to arrive when needed, and always shows up with a lengthy and informed answer to the problem at hand. He was also the first person to break our former tradition of only awarding custom titles to those with 500 posts or more. He usually appeared in the now-removed Seiken Densetsu forum, so if you want to initiate a random encounter with him (it’s rumoured that when he appears, the screen will swirl), RPGs is probably the place you should be walking around aimlessly in circles.
