Who is pastor?
We currently have two Elders who pastor this church. WE believe the Bible teaches that local church congregations should be lead by two or more Elders who pastor and oversee the church. These Elders preach and minister in our weekly meetings. They also meet weekly to pray for this church. These men have been raised up from within this local church and are chosen with the help of outside prophetic oversight. They essentially serve for life. (Acts 14:23, Acts 20:17, Acts 20:28, Phil. 1:1, and Titus 1:5) Gary DeVaney: Gary was ordained as an elder in 1988. He recently retired from BellSouth after 33 years service. He and his wife, Tommie have been married for over 35 years. They have one daughter, Cali who lives in Nashville, Tennessee. Parke Crisler: Parke was ordained as an elder in 1989. He currently works at ECM Hospital as a CT Tech. He and his wife Katherine have been married for over 30 years. They have one daughter, Brianna who graduated from Bellhaven College in Jackson, Mississi
