Tchaichovsky’s “the Nutcracker Suite,” Queen, “Night at the Opera,” earlier Elton John, Bowie, especially “Hunky Dory” and “Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars,” All albums by the Police- one of the main reasons I play guitar- Led Zeppelin, Elvis Costello, Rickie Lee Jones, Thomas Dolby, “the Flat Earth” album, my guitar teachers who taught me how to read and encouraged me to write, who taught me interesting chords, and also made me feel confident that I could write a song with only a couple of chords, Pink Floyd, The Go Go’s, the list goes on and on.
