Who is Kell?
Kell Dewclaw is a wolf (carnivore), in her middle thirties, married to Kevin Kindle. She is a predator at Herd Thinners, Inc., but has also been the company webmaster, and Chief of Security. Kell was fired once because of a consultant’s recommendation, and worked as the office manager at Aby’s Auto Repair. This is her second marriage, her late husband being a hunting casualty (stepped on by a mooose). She is the mother of Rudy and Coney, and tries to be a good mother to her adopted daughter, Lindesfarne. She suffers from Domestication (see 4.2), and goes to great lengths to conceal it from the outside world. The Dewclaws are a proud family, descended from The Big Bad Wolf, and Kell’s family did not take her marriage well. Over time, Grandma Dewclaw, Ralph, and Frank (Kell’s dad) have come to accept Kevin to varying degrees; Frank came to it posthumously.
