Although the wellness incentive will initially be available to employees eligible for Flex, all employees in that area (including other stores) can take advantage of the health screening, regardless of benefit eligibility or coverage.

All benefit eligible employees budgeted 48 or more hours per pay period. Those employees who don’t take advantage of our insurance benefits can still participate by paying $40.00.
