Who is eligible to purchase from TCI?
City, county, state, and federal agencies, political subdivisions, public schools, public universities, private or independent institutions of higher education and public hospitals are eligible to buy from TCI.Ineligible entitles include, but are not limited to, non-profit corporations, private schools, private hospitals, private enterprise and individuals.
